Fundraise Up is seeking a Group Product Manager for Online Donations to shape the long-term roadmap for Checkout Modal & Elements, Campaign Pages and Gift Cart. You’ll own a product area, write specs, and lead 2–4 PMs while staying hands-on about discovery and delivery.

You’ll spend ~70% on product work, build a culture of customer discovery, and partner with GTM teams. This role offers fully remote work and a generous compensation package.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in Product Management (PM) in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech
• 2+ years leading Product Managers (PMs)
• Proven end-to-end ownership with measurable results
• Excellent spec writing for multi-team systems
• Hands-on continuous discovery with customer interviews and market analysis
• Experience building long-term product strategy and roadmaps across related products
• Proven ability to drive cross-team initiatives without formal authority
• Experience setting up team processes and working with GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, CS)
• Comfort switching between own work and supporting others in the same week
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
• Clear written and verbal communication with engineers, designers, leadership
• AI experience in day-to-day product work is a plus
• Languages: Russian (fluent) and English (C1)

Responsabilidades

• Own a product area yourself: run discovery, write specs, set metrics, drive delivery
• Write cross-team specifications that require multiple PM ownership
• Build and manage the long-term roadmap for Online Donations with the team
• Step in for a PM during vacation, overload, or critical launches
• Unblock work quickly when a spec, decision, or dependency is stuck
• Review and raise the quality of PM concepts, specs, and prioritization
• Help PMs grow autonomy, decision quality and ownership through 1:1s and feedback
• Talk to customers regularly and make customer conversations a team habit
• Run market and competitor analyses and translate into product decisions
• Set up and improve team planning, rituals, and delivery tracking
• Coordinate cross-team decisions and enable GTM readiness and feedback loops
