Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Google Media Buying Team Lead based in Portugal. Lead a high-performing team of Google media buyers in a fast-growing international iGaming environment. This fully remote role combines hands-on Google Ads expertise with strategic planning and people leadership.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (PPC, UAC, or Demand Gen).
• Previous management experience as Team Lead, Supervisor, or in a comparable leadership position.
• At least 2 years of professional experience within the iGaming industry.
• Experience with anti-detect software, trackers, and cloaking technologies.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements and advertising restrictions in gambling.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on performance marketing expertise.
• Strong analytical, planning, and people-management skills.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with automation, including Google Ads Scripts, APIs, bulk-management tools, or tech-driven side projects is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Google media buyers, including recruitment and ongoing development.
• Own traffic volumes, quality, and overall performance of Google acquisition activities.
• Build and align team budget plans with business objectives.
• Create strategic roadmaps and tactical plans for the media buying team.
• Develop hypotheses, coordinate experiments, and monitor test results.
• Build, optimize, and oversee marketing funnels and conversion paths.
• Monitor campaigns and identify optimization opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with Design, Development, Finance, and other teams.
• Support automation and technology solutions to improve media buying efficiency.
• Stay informed about Google ads practices and gambling advertising compliance.
