Cloudbeds, a remote-first hospitality SaaS leader, is seeking an experienced Mid-Market Onboarding Lead to architect and oversee onboarding for multi-property customers. You will lead onboarding project managers and coaches, ensuring fast time-to-value and high customer satisfaction.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Support and Account Management to scale onboarding playbooks and drive metrics like velocity, quality, and early retention.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in hospitality or hospitality technology with onboarding or implementation experience.
• Proven leadership of customer-facing teams in distributed, global environments.
• Strong project-management skills with clear milestones and risk management.
• Deep understanding of hotel operations and multi-property deployments.
• Data-driven with KPI dashboards and insights to drive decisions.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese at business level is a plus.
• Experience with hospitality SaaS or PMS is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Mid-Market Onboarding team, setting clear expectations and growth paths.
• Own end-to-end onboarding outcomes from sales handoff to go-live and adoption.
• Build standardized onboarding frameworks and configuration standards.
• Establish metrics: onboarding velocity, quality scores, CSAT/NPS, early retention.
• Manage capacity and staffing planning for the division.
• Serve as escalation point for complex deployments and partner with Account Management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Professional Services.
