Cloudbeds is seeking a senior Onboarding leader to mentor a team of onboarding professionals, drive mid-market deployments, and ensure fast, high-quality go-lives with strong adoption. You will partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Account Management to align delivery with commitments.

You will build scalable onboarding processes, establish metrics, and own staffing planning for a busy, global remote team in a hospitality SaaS environment.

Formación

• 7+ years in hospitality or hospitality technology with onboarding/implementation experience and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop Mid-Market Onboarding team.
• Own end-to-end onboarding outcomes from sales handoff to go-live and adoption.
• Build onboarding frameworks, SOPs, and configuration standards.
