Job summary

Ignite is seeking a German-speaking Google Ads Sales Manager to lead our outbound sales engine across the DACH e-commerce market. You will target roughly 30,000 potential storefronts, conduct multi-channel prospecting, and drive new agency contracts with ROI-focused pitches.

Role requires 3–7 years of B2B sales experience, native or C2 German, English working proficiency, and a proven record in outbound, consultative selling of Google Ads or performance services.

Qualifications

• German fluency at C2 or native level with English working proficiency.
• 3–7 years B2B sales experience, with 1–2+ years selling Google Ads/performance services.
• Outlook for full-cycle outbound sales including cold outreach and multi-touch strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outbound sales process from outreach to close.
• Execute multi-touch outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify and manage DACH e-commerce accounts, tailor messaging for executives.
• Conduct Google Ads account audits to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and forecast pipeline accurately.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine ICPs and sales positioning.
