Qualifications

• German native/C2 fluency required to pitch to DACH decision-makers.
• 3–7 years B2B sales experience with 1–2+ years selling Google Ads/performance agency services.
• Experience executing full-cycle outbound prospecting (cold calls/emails) with multi-touch strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete outbound sales engine for German-speaking customers.
• Execute multi-channel prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Research and categorize DACH e-commerce accounts to tailor messaging.
• Conduct Google Ads audits to identify growth opportunities for pitches.
• Maintain CRM discipline and accurate pipeline forecasting.
