CallForTalents is seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in German to join our remote team. The role is based in Braga, Portugal, with a fully remote setup and flexible schedules, including overnight and weekend shifts.

You will respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat, provide product information, and help resolve issues while maintaining records and contributing to process improvements. English is used for internal communication.

Qualificações

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Comfortable working remotely with a stable internet connection.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
