CB Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our international team from Porto, Portugal. This remote role is based in Porto and offers the flexibility of working from home while remaining part of a dynamic, multicultural support unit.

You will handle customer inquiries in German and English, deliver quality service, and help grow our client relationships. The position is full-time with a training period provided during onboarding.

Qualificações

• Native German or C2 Level
• Good English Skills (B2 or higher)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• EU Citizenship or a Valid Portuguese Work Permit
