Ignite is hiring a German-speaking Google Ads Sales Manager for a fully remote role with an HQ in Munich. You will lead outbound sales for the DACH e-commerce market, engaging decision-makers, delivering ROI-focused pitches, and closing agency contracts.

Requirements include native C2 German, English proficiency, 3–7 years of B2B sales with Google Ads experience, and strong outbound capabilities. Remote work from anywhere in the EU is allowed with a permanent contract.

Qualifications

Native German with C2 level and professional English proficiency.
3–7 years of B2B sales experience, with 1–2+ years selling Google Ads or performance agency services.
Proven outbound, full-cycle sales experience (cold calls, targeted emails, multi-touch strategies).
Strong understanding of ecommerce and Google Ads mechanics to discuss ROI with clients.
Able to work autonomously in a 100% remote environment with high outbound volume.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Sales: manage everything from outreach to proposals and contract negotiations.
Multi-Touch Outbound: cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Targeted Prospecting: identify and message DACH e-commerce accounts.
Audit-as-sales-pitch: review Google Ads accounts to find revenue opportunities.
Maintain CRM discipline and accurate pipeline forecasting.
Refine ICPs and pitches with agency leadership based on feedback.
