Eco Plus Solutions AB, a dynamic performance marketing agency, seeks a German-speaking Google Ads Sales Manager for a fully remote role with HQ in Munich. You will lead end-to-end outbound sales to DACH ecommerce brands, leveraging Google Ads know-how to drive revenue and client growth.

Requires 3–7 years B2B sales, native German (C2) and English proficiency, and experience selling Google Ads or related services.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C2) and working English.
• 3–7 years B2B sales experience, with 1–2+ years selling Google Ads or performance services.
• Demonstrated outbound, full-cycle sales, ABM approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage full outbound sales engine across multi-channel touchpoints.
• Prospect and categorize DACH ecommerce accounts to tailor messaging.
• Conduct Google Ads audits to identify revenue opportunities for pitches.
• Maintain CRM data quality and forecasting accuracy.
• Target 1–2 qualified appointments daily; 4+ deals per month with ~20% close rate.
