Jobgether, in partnership with a Portugal-based company, is seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer to craft paid social visuals for Meta and TikTok campaigns. You will translate creative briefs into engaging assets, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with a fast-paced team to drive performance.

A strong portfolio and Photoshop/Illustrator skills are essential. This fully remote freelance role offers flexibility and the chance to influence creative direction while delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Practical experience with Figma for interface and visual design.
• Proven experience designing assets for paid social advertising campaigns.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design and digital advertising sense.
• Understanding of copywriting principles, market dynamics and trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality visual assets for paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
• Participate in the entire creative process from brainstorming to final delivery.
• Interpret briefs and collaborate to understand design requirements and deadlines.
• Produce polished, pixel-perfect designs with attention to typography and composition.
• Apply design best practices to ensure consistency and quality across deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance on file organization and asset management.
