Talan is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to join the KYC Due Diligence squad, driving CLM transformation and hands-on Java development. You will shape architecture, enable AI-enabled changes, and steer delivery strategies with compliance and risk teams across international projects.

Ideal candidates have strong KYC/CLM knowledge, experience with Fenergo/Fen‑X, and a proven track record of leading technical teams in enterprise settings. This is a 100% remote setup with global client exposure.

Formación

6–10 years of relevant professional experience with leadership responsibilities.
Proven delivery experience with Fenergo/Fen‑X in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of Client Lifecycle Management processes and technology.
Solid understanding of KYC and Due Diligence.

Responsabilidades

Provide technical leadership within the KYC Due Diligence squad.
Lead the delivery and evolution of Fenergo/Fen‑X and CLM capabilities.
Contribute hands-on to design and development of Java-based solutions.
Translate KYC, onboarding, screening, and risk-assessment requirements into scalable tech solutions.
Define standards, priorities, and delivery approaches for the squad.
Review designs and code for security, maintainability, and performance.
Guide senior and mid-level developers and promote knowledge sharing.
