Talan Group is seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Full Stack Java Engineer to join our Credit Risk team. You will own critical applications, lead design and development, mentor engineers, and ensure secure, resilient systems while supporting business operations.

You will combine leadership with hands-on Java/Angular development, drive best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders across tech and business units.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of enterprise software development experience.
• 5+ years in Technical Lead responsibilities.
• 5+ years hands-on Java development.
• Strong backend development with Java 21.
• Frontend experience with Angular.
• Experience with Maven, Node.js, and relational databases.
• Designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise-scale apps.
• Unit testing and automated testing practices.
• OO design and API best practices.
• Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps experience.
• English level C1 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Own Credit Risk applications and services as the technical owner.
• Ensure applications are stable, secure, resilient, and available.
• Provide Level 3 production support for incidents and service requests.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues within SLAs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and business teams.
• Design, develop, test, and implement new features and fixes.
• Deliver regulatory and compliance-driven changes.
• Maintain and improve applications while reducing technical debt.
• Follow change management and release processes.
• Participate in production deployments and post-release validation.
• Mentor developers and conducts code reviews.
• Promote high-quality software design and security.
