Intermedia Intelligent Communications is seeking a Software Engineer Backend to design and build scalable backend services and APIs. You will collaborate with frontend, AI/ML, product, UX, and platform teams to deliver robust agent-driven capabilities from concept to production.

You will implement configuration management, orchestration, integrations, testing, and lifecycle tooling while upholding performance, security, and reliability standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Software Eng.
• 4–7 years of professional software engineering experience with backend apps
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and data structures
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• Build capabilities enabling configuration, testing and deployment of features
• Create interfaces for frontend-backend interaction and reliability
• Manage configurations, versions, state, and permissions at runtime
• Secure interactions with Intermedia products, APIs, and data sources
• Collaborate with frontend, UX, PM, and platform teams
• Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions
• Contribute to architecture decisions for orchestration and workflows
• Implement testing, monitoring, and observability in production
• Support deployment and operation with DevOps collaboration
