OKTOBER, a remote-first Shopify retention agency, seeks an Email Designer to turn brands into high-converting visuals. You will design emails and pop-ups, develop design systems, and own deadlines while collaborating with a small, sharp team.

You’ll bring 2+ years of agency email design experience, strong Figma skills, and familiarity with generative AI. Enjoy fully remote work with CET overlap and opportunities to work with 8-figure+ eCommerce brands.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of email design experience (portfolio required, non negotiable) in an agency environment.
• Hands-on Figma experience (auto-layout, components, local styles, etc.)
• Experience with generative AI (e.g. Gemini)
• You’re curious, a team-player and ambitious

Responsabilidades

• Design emails and pop-ups for e-commerce brands (incl. gifs & animations)
• Develop Email Design Systems to ensure consistent output
• Own deadlines and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
• Pro-actively look for design directions/inspiration
• Help our design team work smarter and better
