Job summary

Mira, a San Francisco-based hormonal health company, is hiring a senior, hands-on E-commerce Delivery Project Manager to drive end-to-end execution across our e-commerce ecosystem. You will bring structure, accountability and momentum to cross-functional projects from planning through launch.

You will coordinate with E-commerce Product, Design, Copy, Development, Marketing and Compliance to ensure priorities are clear, dependencies managed and launches on time and high quality.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in e-commerce project management, delivery or similar roles.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across design, copy, development and marketing.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and dependencies in a fast-paced startup.
• Comfortable working with developers and resolving delivery blockers.
• Clear, assertive communication to drive decisions and accountability.

Responsibilities

• E-commerce Delivery: drive end-to-end execution of website updates, product launches and promotions.
• Cross-functional Coordination: align Copy, Design, Development, Marketing and Compliance to remove blockers.
• Development Delivery: lead development standups 2x weekly and track progress.
• Launch Management: own readiness, timelines and QA for launches.
• Promotions & Campaigns: coordinate delivery of campaigns and website changes.
• Product Launches: coordinate new product/feature launches across teams.
• Landing Pages & Website Updates: drive delivery of LPs and changes.
• Process & QA: maintain clear delivery and launch processes for speed and quality.
• Project Tracking: keep plans, priorities and status updates across active work.
• Risk & Escalation: identify blockers early and resolve issues, escalating as needed.
