• Base Pay: EUR 1,100 gross/month (14 yearly payments)
• Bonuses: EUR 150 monthly attendance bonus + EUR 2,000 signing bonus (paid out across 12 months)

• Shifts: 5 days/week, 8 hours/day, 24/7 rotative shifts

• Documentation: Log interactions accurately in our CRM system while maintaining strict standards of confidentiality and data security.
• Team Synergy: Partner with colleagues and supervisors to elevate service benchmarks and maintain a positive working culture.
