Job summary

Danaher is seeking a seasoned Global CTEM Director to lead vulnerability and exposure management efforts across the enterprise. You will shape strategy, coordinate remediation across infrastructure, cloud, and applications, and report risk to executives.

A strong background in CTEM platforms and threat intel is essential, with a remote associate format offered. The role requires 14+ years in cybersecurity, with a track record of global program leadership and governance.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of cybersecurity experience with a focus on vulnerability, exposure, or threat exposure management.
• Experience leading enterprise or global vulnerability/exposure management or CTEM strategy, governance, and remediation across multiple business units.
• Experience with enterprise vulnerability/exposure platforms (such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Wiz, or Defender) and risk-based prioritization using threat intelligence and asset context.
• Experience mobilizing remediation across infrastructure, cloud, application, and third‑party owners and reporting exposure risk to executives.

Responsibilities

• Architect the CTEM operating model across the enterprise attack surface.
• Design prioritization logic using asset criticality, EPSS/KEV, exposure path, and business impact.
• Set the integration blueprint across VM, ASM, cloud posture, red team/testing, and remediation tools.
• Develop governance model with remediation SLAs, exception governance, service ownership, and metrics.
