Job summary

Danaher is seeking a remote Associate/Director-level leader to drive Enterprise Vulnerability & Exposure Management on a global scale. The role focuses on shaping CTEM strategy, mobilizing remediation, and reporting risk to executive leadership.

You will architect the CTEM operating model, design prioritization logic, and set integration across VM, ASM, cloud security, and offensive testing tools, delivering measurable risk reductions.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of cybersecurity experience focused on vulnerability, exposure, or threat exposure management.
• Experience leading enterprise or global vulnerability/exposure management strategy, governance, and remediation across multiple units.
• Experience with enterprise vulnerability/exposure platforms (Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Wiz, Defender) and risk-based prioritization using threat intelligence.
• Ability to mobilize remediation across infrastructure, cloud, application, and third‑party owners and report exposure risk to executives.

Responsibilities

• Architect the CTEM operating model: define scope, discover, prioritize, validate, and mobilize remediation across the enterprise attack surface.
• Design prioritization logic combining asset criticality, exposure, and business impact beyond CVSS.
• Set the integration blueprint across VM, ASM, cloud posture, red team testing, and remediation tools.
• Design governance model with remediation SLAs, exception governance, service ownership, and metrics framework.
