Randstad Enterprise seeks an Operational Security Leadership & Incident Management executive to translate global strategy into regional execution, coach a team of 7 engineers, and serve as Incident Commander during critical cyber events.

You will manage the day-to-day operations of the EMEA Cyber Defense Center, lead and mentor the team, and coordinate Follow-the-Sun handovers to ensure 24/7 global security coverage.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience managing SOC/security engineering teams in complex enterprises.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor 7 Cyber Defense Engineers.
• Act as Incident Commander for high-severity cyber events.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the EMEA Cyber Defense Center.
• Coordinate Follow-the-Sun handovers for 24/7 coverage.
• Drive workflow enhancements, detection tuning, and automation.
