Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Sr Cybersecurity Analyst to lead vulnerability management, external attack surface management and CTEM programs from discovery to remediation. You will supervise analysts, define SOPs and KPIs, and coordinate penetration testing with internal and external testers.

Strong threat intel integration ensures prioritized fixes for exploitable risks. Required are 5+ years in security with 3+ years in vulnerability management, CISSP/CISM/CRISC, cloud and OS knowledge, and scripting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent experience required in computer science or related field.
• 5 years of related work, including 3 years in vulnerability or exposure management.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Hands-on with VM, EASM, CTEM, TIP, CSPM/CNAPP, BAS, ITSM and CMDB workflows.
• Strong knowledge of CVSS, EPSS, known-exploited CVs, MITRE ATT&CK and OWASP Top 10.
• Experience with at least one major public cloud provider, networking, Windows and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Manage operation of Vulnerability Management, EASM and CTEM capabilities from asset discovery to remediation.
• Provide leadership to analysts; act as escalation point for complex exposures.
• Oversee governance: SOPs, remediation SLAs, risk acceptance workflows, KPIs.
• Coordinate penetration testing: scope, rules of engagement, reports, remediation & retest.
• Correlate threat intelligence with exposure data to prioritize mitigations.
• Provide performance updates and risk reporting to senior leadership.
