Rect Solutions is seeking a Curriculum Manager for Data Science & AI, a 100% individual contributor role with remote-friendly work. You will own the full content development lifecycle, recruit subject-matter experts, and collaborate with instructors to build engaging courses in data science and data engineering, leveraging AI tools to scale quality.

The ideal candidate has a strong Python/SQL background, proven instructional design skills, and an advanced degree or equivalent industry experience

Qualificações

• Strong programming with Python and SQL.
• Solid instructional design skills for technical courses and hands-on learning.
• Advanced degree in CS/AI/DS or equivalent industry experience in data science or ML.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full content development lifecycle from scoping to delivery.
• Source and recruit subject-matter experts as instructors.
• Collaborate with instructors to build engaging, technically accurate courses.
• Use AI tools to produce high-quality content at scale.
• Design and review content across data science topics.
• Improve courses using learner feedback and engagement data.
• Identify and prioritize curriculum gaps and new topics.
