Mindrift is launching a remote, project-based consultant role focused on translating real-world engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. You will design end-to-end consulting tasks, scenarios, and evaluation criteria grounded in top-tier industry practice.

We seek consultants with 3+ years’ direct experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, or similar firms, capable of producing client-ready deliverables under tight timelines.

Qualificações

• 3+ years at a top-tier strategy firm with hands-on project experience.
• Ability to translate vague problems into clear analytical steps and deliverables.
• High attention to logical consistency and output quality.
• Independent, self-directed working style.
• Clear written English (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Build realistic consulting project environments grounded in real engagement dynamics.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents mirroring real work: market sizing, due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy.
• Define evaluation criteria, rubrics, and golden-answer solutions for scalable AI grading.
