Veeva is seeking a Data Operations Lead to act as the operational backbone for data curation. You will guide a remote team, implement automation, and design future production processes to enhance data quality and compliance.

You will lead in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, owning team performance and driving measurable improvements in data operations within Life Sciences. This role offers opportunities to scale data strategies globally.

Qualificações

• In-depth experience leading data operations in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record designing scalable data processes and workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for a distributed, international team.

Responsabilidades

• Implement Automation Strategy to speed up data curation and improve quality.
• Design robust data tracking, validation, and quality mechanisms at scale.
• MonitorKPIs, identify bottlenecks, and drive efficiency projects.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a remote team of Data Curators.
• Proactively identify data risks and operational incidents and resolve quickly.
• Own data-first processes and drive improvements in data workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deploy new technologies.
• Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams in English.
