Job summary

FH Collective Academy seeks a Danish-speaking customer service representative to work remotely from Portugal. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, delivering a high-quality customer experience.

The role is a 6-month contract with a Monday-to-Friday schedule (08:00–17:00). Compensation is €1,500 gross per month, paid across 14 salaries, plus a €80 monthly complexity bonus for 11 months.
