FH Collective - Academy is seeking a Danish-speaking customer service specialist for a fully remote role based in Portugal. You will handle Danish inquiries via phone, email and chat, delivering a friendly and efficient experience.

This is a 6-month contract with work hours Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. The role offers €1,500 gross per month, with a complexity bonus of €80 per month for 11 months. Start date: 4 June 2026.

Qualificações

• Native/C2 Danish
• English B2+
• Already based in Portugal (mandatory – no relocation support)
