REAL Rec Solutions is seeking an Operations Customer Expert for a streaming platform. You will support customers with account, billing, and technical questions, delivering friendly, professional service.

The role requires English at B1, mandatory language combo, and accepts full-time, rotational 24/7 shifts. Work is remote within Portugal with occasional Lisbon visits, 40 hours per week and English-language training as needed.

As an Operations Customer Expert for a streaming platform, you will support customers with their questions and help resolve issues related to their accounts, billing, and technical matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing professional and friendly customer support.
• Assisting with account management and billing inquiries.
• Helping customers resolve technical issues.
• Providing information about the platform's products and services.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• English at B1 level.
• One of the following language combinations (MANDATORY REQUIREMENT):
• Castilian + Basque
• Castilian + Catalan
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in customer service and technology.
• Availability to work full-time in rotational 24/7 shifts.

Working conditions:

• 40 hours per week.
• 8 working hours per day plus a 1-hour lunch break.
• Remote work within the territory of Portugal, with occasional visits to Lisbon.
• Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Approximately 2 weeks of training in English.

• Portuguese employment contract with a foreseeable duration of 12 months.
