Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Compliance Officer with a strong focus on cryptoasset regulation, based in Europe with remote-first arrangement. You will lead regulatory submissions, develop governance frameworks, and coordinate with ICT and senior teams to ensure ongoing regulatory readiness across MiCA CASP, UK FCA, and related regimes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of regulatory compliance experience, including 3 years in cryptoasset licensing.
• Hands-on experience with MiCA/CASP or UK FCA cryptoasset framework.
• Proven ability to independently draft substantial regulatory documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal English with advanced regulatory drafting skills.
• Based in Europe with availability for at least four hours of overlap with the European working day.

Responsibilities

• Manage the FCA cryptoasset regulatory application process, including information requests and submissions.
• Lead post-authorization implementation of MiCA CASP license obligations.
• Develop and maintain regulatory policies and governance documentation.
• Design regulatory framework for TFR and Travel Rule.
• Establish blockchain analytics control frameworks with risk thresholds.
• Coordinate with ICT on DORA documentation and ICT risk requirements.
• Conduct regulatory assessments of new cryptoassets and counterparts.
• Perform regulatory gap analyses and remediation planning.
• Draft substantive regulatory submissions and responses to inquiries.
• Monitor legislative developments and translate into compliance frameworks.
