Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Counsel to advise on compliance for cryptoassets and financial features. You will draft customer-facing documents and manage regulatory expectations, working with Product and Commercial teams to deliver compliant solutions.

With 6+ PQE as a qualified lawyer, you will ensure adherence to FSMA, MiFID, PSD2 and MiCA, while engaging with regulators to expand Revolut's offerings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years PQE in financial services or crypto.
• Qualified lawyer with relevant jurisdictions.
• Experience advising on cryptoassets and fintech.
• Strong knowledge of FSMA, MiFID, PSD2.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and regulatory change.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Advise on compliance for cryptoassets and financial features.
• Draft customer-facing legal documents for products.
• Manage regulatory applications and relationships.
• Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to design solutions.
• Ensure alignment with UK crypto regimes, MiCA, PSD2, MiFID.
• Advise expanding product offerings within regulatory requirements.
• Engage proactively with local regulators.
