Innovation Roundtable0AE is seeking a CRM Administrator (Zoho) and Sales Support Manager with strong Excel and VBA skills. This remote role supports the Sales team across Europe, focusing on CRM governance, data quality, and data-driven campaigns.

The ideal candidate will manage Zoho CRM, implement the sales call strategy, generate performance reports, and automate data flows with Excel and VBA, while ensuring clear English communication and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Excel and VBA macros to support data heavy campaigns.
• Experience administering Zoho CRM and related modules such as sales, marketing or analytics.
• Clear written and spoken English communication is required.
• Ability to export, manipulate and re-import data between CRM and Excel-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Zoho CRM environment and modules.
• Collaborate with Sales Director to implement call strategy via CRM.
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and support sales agents.
• Produce reports on Sales campaigns and team progress.
• Make changes to Zoho configuration as needed.
• Use Excel and VBA to prepare data for campaigns.
