Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) in Portugal is seeking a Consumer Engagement Services Advisor to assist Nestlé consumers across phone, email, chat and social media. You will identify needs, guide users through features, and log requests in internal systems while maintaining Nestlé CES guidelines.

You will handle inquiries with an adaptable tone across brands, ensuring timely resolutions and contributing to a positive customer experience within a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Experience in Customer Support or similar CS role.
• Ability to adapt tone across brands and channels.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Nestlé consumers via phone, email, chat and social media.
• Identify needs and guide users through product features.
• Encode consumer requests in internal databases.
• Share feature requests with stakeholders and update FAQs.
• Follow Nestlé CES Complaint Handling guidelines and ensure timely resolution.
• Inform customers about new features and campaigns; follow up to close issues.
