• Support fraud investigations, dispute resolution, chargebacks, and complaints handling.
• Build trust with customers by providing professional, empathetic, and effective support.
• Identify and assist vulnerable customers, ensuring appropriate support and escalation.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Adapt quickly to changing customer and business needs.
