The Performance Marketing Specialist at THE/STUDIO will accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth across multi-channel demand generation for B2B. You’ll own strategy, optimization, and execution of Google/Meta/LinkedIn campaigns, with a data-driven mindset and a focus on lead quality and ROI.

This fully remote role values analytical thinking, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, content, and design teams to expand awareness and drive conversions worldwide.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
• Deep expertise in managing large-scale Google Ads accounts (Search, Display, Video) for B2B.
• Proficiency in Meta and LinkedIn Ads for B2B targeting.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making (GA, CRM data).
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo) and CRM systems.
• Excellent understanding of the B2B buyer journey and sales funnel.”
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecast performance, and report on ROI.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across the full funnel.
• Oversee Google/Meta/LinkedIn ads to achieve CPL, CPA, and ROAS targets.
• Manage lead lifecycle from awareness to handover to sales, focusing on quality and velocity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Content, SEO, and Design for assets and messaging.
• Conduct A/B tests and optimize landing pages, ads, and emails for conversion.
• Monitor and report on performance, time-to-market, and ROI.
