Job summary

Fusion Consulting AG is seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer to design, build, and implement intelligent solutions for advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and process automation. Qualifications

• Hands-on AI/ML development including model design, training, deployment, and optimization.
• Experience with data pipelines, feature engineering, and working with structured and unstructured data.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and system integration with enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for analytics and forecasting.
• Develop and optimize ML algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, time-series).
• Build data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, and evaluation pipelines.
• Integrate AI/ML with AFP-related applications and enterprise platforms.
• Create APIs and integration components for seamless model communication.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data availability and quality.
• Monitor model performance and scale in production.
