Job summary

We are seeking an AI-Focused Video Editor to join a fast-paced, international DTC creative team. You will craft AI-assisted and AI-generated video ads for paid social, with a sharp focus on performance and rapid testing across Meta and TikTok.

You will collaborate with strategists and editors, experiment with AI tools, and deliver multiple variations to maximize campaign performance while maintaining brand voice across brands and markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating or editing short-form video ads for paid social, UGC, DTC, or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation and creative tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing skills and AI-generated or AI-assisted work.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar professional video editing tools.
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, attention retention, CTA placement, and Meta/TikTok video formats.

Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated and AI-assisted video creatives for paid social across Meta and TikTok.
• Generate AI visuals, scenes, product shots, characters, avatars, and UGC-style content from briefs.
• Transform concepts and scripts into AI-generated video assets while aligning with brand/audience.
• Combine AI footage with traditional editing for polished ads.
• Edit AI-generated and traditional footage into UGC-style and product-focused ads.
• Produce multiple variations for testing and different creative angles.
• Maintain high-speed turnaround with strong pacing, captions, and motion graphics.
