Alignerr is seeking a Conversation Quality Analyst for AI training. This fully remote, flexible hourly contract invites you to review AI-generated dialogues and rate their naturalness, helpfulness, and flow. No AI or linguistics background required.

You will work asynchronously, 10–40 hours per week, evaluating conversations across topics and submitting detailed rubrics. This role suits careful readers who enjoy precise evaluation and can explain their reasoning clearly.

Qualifications

• Strong reading comprehension and an intuitive sense for natural conversation.
• Able to evaluate dialogue quality objectively and explain your reasoning clearly.
• Detail-oriented and consistent — apply the same standards across large volumes of work.

Responsibilities

• Read and evaluate AI-generated conversations across a wide range of topics and contexts.
• Assess responses for naturalness, helpfulness, tone, and conversational flow.
• Identify awkward phrasing, off-topic replies, logical inconsistencies, or unnatural dialogue patterns.
• Compare multiple conversation paths and rank them by overall quality.
• Submit structured, detailed evaluations using rubrics and rating tools.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
