Job summary

Alignerr is seeking AI Training Specialists for a remote, flexible hourly contract. You will work on structured tasks to train AI models, labeling and evaluating content across text, image, and audio formats. Attention to detail and the ability to follow guidelines are essential.

No prior AI or specialized experience is required; candidates can work independently on their own schedule, with 10–40 hours per week available and ongoing project opportunities.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions precisely.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision.
• Clear written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured evaluation and labeling tasks that directly train AI systems.
• Rate, classify, and annotate AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats.
• Follow detailed task guidelines and rubrics to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Provide clear, structured feedback on AI outputs using provided evaluation tools.
• Work independently and asynchronously — entirely on your own schedule.
