Alignerr is seeking an AI Chatbot Tester to help make AI smarter, safer, and more helpful for millions. You will converse with AI systems, probe their limits, and provide real-world feedback that researchers can't obtain elsewhere.

You'll work remotely on an hourly contract, committing 10–40 hours per week. This role suits curious, detail-oriented individuals who can articulate insights clearly and work independently in a flexible, async environment.

Qualifications

• Naturally curious and able to think outside the box.
• Able to assess quality and articulate good vs poor responses.
• Clear, confident written communicator.
• Comfortable using chat-based tools and online platforms.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
• No technical background or prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Engage AI chatbots in conversations spanning a wide range of topics — from everyday questions to complex, creative scenarios
• Evaluate responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
• Identify problems like factual errors, awkward phrasing, bias, or inappropriate outputs
• Design creative and challenging prompts to stress-test AI behavior
• Submit structured, detailed feedback that directly informs AI improvements
