Job summary

Wire IT, a Portugal-based IT consulting partner with 18 years of experience, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead ecommerce platform projects for international clients. This role is remote, with Europe or Brazil time zones considered, and demands strong project management, stakeholder leadership, and a track record in cross‑functional delivery.

You will own cutover processes, manage budgets, ensure SDLC and release discipline, and drive agile/lean delivery across teams while maintaining

Qualifications

• Proven Software Development Project Management experience, ideally in eCommerce/retail.
• Strong track record in eCommerce re-platforming, including ownership of cutover processes and scope control.
• Experience delivering eCommerce platform projects and managing external stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, release management and modern software development practices.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean delivery methodologies.
• Experience leading teams across different stages of their lifecycle.
• Ability to manage customer expectations, deadlines, project budgets and financial reporting.
• Strong negotiation, communication, organisational and time management skills. Comfortable handling ambiguity and adapting to change with critical thinking.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities
