Job summary

Lever, Inc., listed via a partner company, seeks an Account Operations & Farming Specialist based in Portugal. You will own account access, lifecycle management, subscriptions, and operational processes while supporting Media Buying teams.

A core focus is building Meta farming infrastructure and ensuring accounts are prepared for effective use. You’ll work with proxies, browser profiles, 2FA, verification, and recovery processes; identify account-quality issues; analyze losses and blocks; and

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Meta farming and/or advertising account infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of the advertising account lifecycle from setup through recovery.
• Experience with proxies, browser profiles, 2FA, and recovery processes.
• Ability to manage suppliers or account-related resources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with independent investigation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee access, provisioning, onboarding and offboarding.
• Handle user accounts, services, licenses, and operational resources.
• Provide IT Operations support to Media Buying teams.
• Maintain records, inventories and current statuses.
• Build and improve Meta farming and account infrastructure processes.
