Revolut in Portugal is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to advise on client asset protection and safeguarding topics, and to support establishing and monitoring related controls.

You will design and implement efficient controls to ensure compliance with safeguarding requirements, provide technical advice across business functions, and coordinate audits and risk oversight. A strong background in EU directives, MiFID II, and client asset risk is essential.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in safeguarding management in investment, consultancy, or regulator.
• Deep knowledge of Delegated Directive (EU) 2017/593 and MiFID II.
• Understanding regulatory requirements for client asset protection and reconciliations.
• Experience managing control processes in financial services, including front-to-back office trades.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills for regulatory risk.
• Experience conducting safeguarding gap analysis and policy implementation.
• Willingness to continuously develop expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement efficient control processes to ensure compliance with client asset protection requirements.
• Provide technical advice on safeguarding compliance to business and support functions.
• Interpret and guide on safeguarding regulations for products and services.
• Support Client Assets Oversight Officer with risk management and governance.
• Review client money and custody asset reconciliations and generate effectiveness reports.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits and reviews related to safeguarding compliance.
