Revolut Ltd in Lisbon is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager (Safeguarding) to lead control design and assurance around client asset protection. You’ll partner with risk, compliance, and product teams to embed safeguarding requirements across our digital money platform.

You’ll apply deep knowledge of EU directives and MiFID II, manage audits, and drive improvements to reconciliation processes. A strong data mindset and ability to deliver under pressure are essential.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in safeguarding management in an investment firm, consultancy, or regulator.
• Deep knowledge of Delegated Directive (EU) 2017/593 and MiFID II.
• Understanding regulatory requirements for client asset protection and reconciliations.
• Experience managing control processes within financial services, including front-to-back trade flows.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to identify and mitigate regulatory risks.
• Experience with safeguarding gap analysis and policy implementation.
• Willingness to continuously develop expertise.
• Nice to have a professional compliance certificate/diploma.
• Degree in economics or finance.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Exposure to regulatory audits and interaction with regulatory bodies.
• Building a global financial super app isn’t.

Responsabilidades

• Designing, developing, and implementing efficient control processes to ensure compliance with client asset protection requirements
• Providing technical advice on safeguarding compliance to business and support functions, while promoting regulatory awareness throughout the firm
• Interpreting and providing guidance on the application of safeguarding regulations to products and services
• Supporting the Client Assets Oversight Officer with risk management and governance
• Reviewing the output of the client money and custody asset reconciliations, and producing respective effectiveness reports
• Coordinating and managing internal and external audits and reviews related to safeguarding compliance
