Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager (Safeguarding) to help safeguard client assets and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-moving fintech environment. Based in Vila Real, Portugal, you will support governance, risk management, and safeguarding controls while advising teams on regulatory requirements.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement controls, analyze data for compliance reporting, and coordinate audits.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in safeguarding management in an investment firm, consultancy, or regulator.
• Knowledge of Delegated Directive (EU) 2017/593 and MiFID II.
• Experience with client asset protection and reconciliations and front-to-back office trade flows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Designing, developing, and implementing control processes to ensure safeguarding compliance.
• Providing technical advice on safeguarding compliance to business and support functions.
• Interpreting and guiding on safeguarding regulations for products and services.
• Supporting risk management and governance for Client Assets Oversight.
• Reviewing client money and custody asset reconciliations and producing reports.
• Coordinating internal and external audits and reviews related to safeguarding compliance.
