Emma – The Sleep Company seeks a passionate Team Lead Store Management to oversee Store Managers across Portugal, Spain and the UK. You’ll drive profitability, foster people development, and streamline operations for eight stores in three markets.

You will lead with a hands-on, data-driven approach, monitor KPIs, and shape a strong retail leadership culture focused on excellent customer experience. Travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Experience leading multi-store retail operations across regions.
• People leadership experience, capable of guiding Team Leads/Area Managers.
• Comfort with performance management through others and data-driven decisions.
• Structured, data-aware with KPI and operational metrics proficiency.
• Ability to influence stakeholders outside direct reporting lines.
• Hands-on approach in a scaling retail environment.
• Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Be responsible for Store Management, leading strong people leadership and execution across 8 stores in 3 markets (Portugal, Spain and UK).
• Directly manage Store Managers in UK and lead Iberia Regional Manager to drive performance and operational excellence.
• Drive retail performance across markets including sales, conversion and customer experience; steer improvement actions with Regional/Store Managers.
• Ensure retail standards, processes, and ways of working are clearly defined and consistently applied across stores.
• Act as a key link between Retail Ops, HQ teams, and store leadership for alignment and execution.
• Support new store openings, ramp-ups, and stabilization from an operational/leadership perspective.
• Track KPIs, analyze trends, and use data to guide discussions and decisions.
• Contribute to building a scalable retail leadership culture focused on accountability and customer experience.
