Indie Campers is seeking a Regional Operations Analyst to drive daily operations across its regional fleet, improve availability, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency. You will own end-to-end processes, partner with real estate providers and suppliers, and report KPI performance to leadership.

You will design and implement regional improvement initiatives, monitor regional KPIs, and support regional and local teams to achieve targets while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualificações

• Background in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or similar) or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or facilities management.
• Experience with process improvement and optimisation, ideally Lean/Six Sigma.
• Strong data-driven approach to decision making and cost reduction.

Responsabilidades

• Own regional operational processes to drive availability, satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to cut costs per booking.
• Monitor regional KPIs and report findings to leadership.
• Coordinate with regional and local teams, real estate providers, and suppliers.
• Standardise processes across depots for scalability and compliance.
• Support real estate sourcing and supplier development initiatives.
