Indie Campers is seeking an Operations Regional Director to lead UKIN/Central Europe operations, overseeing regional depots and teams to optimise fleet availability, service quality, and cost efficiency. You will report to the Chief Operations Officer and drive regional targets with cross-country collaboration.

The role requires a strong background in business management or engineering, more than 10 years of experience, and proven leadership with P&L accountability.

Qualificações

• 10+ years total relevant experience required.
• Experience in strategic consulting or finance-related roles is a plus.
• Proven track record in leading teams with P&L ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional team and local teams in your region.
• Oversee day-to-day regional operations to hit fleet availability and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ensure operating standards are followed and objectives are met.
• Prioritize customer needs and address feedback to reduce exceptions.
• Coordinate with central teams to adapt processes for the regions.
• Lead projects related to operational expansion within your region.
• Own the regional P&L and manage operating costs with senior peers.
