Indie Campers is seeking a Regional Operations Excellence Intern in Portugal to support end-to-end regional operations across depots and teams. You will work on daily operations, supplier coordination, and real estate/infrastructure support to ensure smooth execution and high standards.

You will report to the Regional Operations Director, gaining hands-on experience in operational execution, stakeholder management, and process improvement in an international, fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Student or recent graduate in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Similar), Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
• Proactive and action-oriented mindset, with a strong willingness to take initiative
• Organized and analytical, comfortable working with data to support decision-making
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to follow structured processes with precision
• Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with regional and local teams
• Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced and changing environments
• Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external partners
• Fluent in English is mandatory; German and/or Italian is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Support the execution and continuous improvement of local operational procedures, ensuring alignment with regional standards
• Assist regional and local leadership in achieving operational targets related to fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and efficiency
• Act as a point of contact for local suppliers and partners, supporting ongoing relationships and monitoring service quality
• Support stock replenishment and inventory coordination to ensure smooth daily operations across depots
• Assist in monitoring real estate standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements and operational needs
• Support procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, coordination, and negotiation when required
• Contribute to the expansion of the supplier and real estate network across the region
• Support initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and cost optimization across the region
