Indie Campers invites an motivated Fleet Management Intern to support regional fleet operations and depot activities in Lisbon. You will gain hands-on experience across vehicle management, inventory, logistics, and supplier coordination while collaborating with local operations teams.

The role offers exposure to end-to-end fleet processes, data analysis, and a dynamic international work environment, with opportunities to grow within a fast-growing company.

Qualificações

• Student or recent graduate in Transport Management, Fleet Management, Mechanics, Engineering, Operations, or similar fields.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a hands-on mindset.
• Organized and analytical, with interest in data-driven decision-making.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable following structured procedures.
• Team player, able to collaborate with central and local teams.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Good communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external partners.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Fluency in German, Italian or French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in fleet and asset management procedures defined by central teams.
• Help maximize fleet availability via in-fleeting, intervention follow-up and de-fleeting.
• Ensure local depots are stocked with required inventory and assist with parts purchasing.
• Learn about Indie Campers vehicles and support local teams with vehicle tasks.
• Coordinate vehicle movements with local teams and logistics partners.
• Support development and maintenance of relationships with workshops and fleet partners.
• Monitor operating costs and support basic data analysis for the region.
• Contribute to regional improvement and expansion projects.
