Indie Campers seeks a Regional Fleet Expert in Lisbon to optimize fleet performance, standardize damage management, and reduce repair costs. You will document issues and develop regional SOPs for damage identification and repair approvals.

You will train mechanics and depot teams, act as On-Trip Support during rentals, and validate complex maintenance estimates. This role reports to the Asset Strategy Director and collaborates with regional directors and local teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of cost estimation or quote-approval experience for mechanical, body or electrical issues.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and repair cost benchmarks.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Develop damage trees and RV manuals for stakeholders, customers, and support agents.
• Train mechanics and repair technicians; resolve escalated technical tickets.
• Serve as On-Trip Support Expert, providing real-time guidance to customers during rentals.
• Validate non-standard repair quotes and complex maintenance estimates.
• Report repair decisions and costs across systems and to stakeholders.
