Indie Campers is seeking a Regional Fleet Operations Analyst to drive regional processes across local depots and improve fleet availability for customers. You will own end-to-end procedures, manage vehicle in-/de-fleet activities, stock parts, and coordinate with logistics partners.

Collaboration with regional teams and reporting to the Central Europe Regional Operations Director are essential. The role requires English fluency and strong analytical skills, with a background in transport

Qualificações

• Background in Transport Management, Mechanics, Engineering, or similar fields.
• Proactive, takes initiative to address operational needs.
• Organised and analytical, data-driven decision maker.
• Ability to multitask and manage time across tasks.
• Attention to detail and strict adherence to procedures.
• Team player with strong cross-team collaboration.
• Adaptable and resilient when applying procedures to new events.
• Clear communicator to coordinate with partners.
• Fluency in English mandatory; German or Italian a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and contribute to asset management procedures for your region.
• Maximise fleet availability through in-fleeting and de-fleeting procedures.
• Ensure local stock levels and procurement of spare parts.
• Provide vehicle knowledge and support local operations on interventions.
• Coordinate actions with local teams and logistics partners.
• Develop fleet network by managing relationships with workshops.
• Be a major contributor to vehicle operating costs in your region.
• Support regional expansion projects.
